  1. I can completely relate to this. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I too have undiagnosed chronic pain in my pelvis and stomach, it comes and goes, and sometimes it’s unbearable. All tests have been clear. I’m pretty lost on what to do next, of course I’m thinking they’ve missed something! Unfortunately I really have no advice, but know that you’re not alone.
  2. I'm sorry you're dealing with this.. I've researched ocular migraines a bit because I get a weird eye thing.. i'm still not sure what it is actually. But! I know they say ocular migraines can be brought on my stress and anxiety, and it sounds like you have a lot going on. I think if you can find some ways to relax, you'll get them less.
  3. Mine also wanders and sometimes feels deep inside and sometimes on my skin!
  4. That’s interesting! I’m actually fascinated by this and also a bit relieved to know I’m not alone- January is my month every year.. something -always- happens, it’s been 8 Januarys in a row where I have something going on during that month resulting in a series of doctors tests. So glad your exam was all clear!
  5. I also have.. (had) been dealing with crazy stomach issues, plus hemorrhoids, etc. All of it causing a ton of anxiety- I started seeing a naturopath and she told me to cut out all dairy. It has made an enormous difference!!! I always suspected I might be lactose intolerant but she actually said it’s the proteins in milk that I’m probably sensitive to, not just the lactose. Of course I still worry, but I also had a clear ct scan, which helps me get through a lot days.
  6. I’m dealing with something that sounds similar, on my right side. I’ve been seeing an osteopath and it helps tremendously- they think it’s muscular too
  7. I get all kinds of weird sensations in my legs and back, I have for probably 20 years. Of course in my mind I’ve gone through all the horrible possibilities for why these happen, but I have to be sure to remind myself a lot of it is “normal” and nothing has ever progressed. I think it sounds like yours is definitely posture related- if it gets worse, sure see your doctor, but I think the fact that it comes and goes should be reassuring to you that it isn’t anything sinister 😊
  8. I get this too, same as above- could be hours or days. I think its caused by anxiety and then of course it makes my anxiety worse, and the cycle continues 😫
  9. I could have written what you wrote @Ellebel, and I have undiagnosed pain on my side- used to be my left, the last two years now it's been my right side. I also have bleeding that happens once in a while, all tests negative. I have kids and pregnancy really messes with your digestive system, from my experience, and I'd also warn you that hemorrhoids and fissures are quite common during and after. I do also know that colon cancer tends to be very slow growing, I don't think you should be worrying about that. Please try to enjoy your pregnancy and trust your body! I know that's so much easier said than done. My anxiety went crazy especially during my second pregnancy. I wish I had tried much harder to keep it in check.
  10. I'm in the same boat, I'm sorry- I hope you can get some relief.. try not to let your anxiety take over, I'm trying to be ok with not having a diagnosis for my pain and other weird persistent symptoms. Maybe just a "normal" hormonal issue?
  11. I struggle with exactly this too. Every time I see an illness on social media I think it’s a sign I have it too. I don’t have any good advice, I deal with this almost daily. I try really hard not to click on the links.
  12. @LynetteSweetie Did you get your results?
  13. I think about leaving Facebook all the time because I’m really triggered and get pretty ocd about go fund me pages. But.... I’m still there. I definitely relate to what you’re saying, and I’d guess that your chest/breathing issue is because completely because of your friend’s diagnosis. You’re probably breathing just fine until you remember to think about it. And it spirals from there. That’s pretty much my constant situation.
  14. I had those pencil thin stools for 2 months straight last year. and yes, changes all the time. My doctor blames anxiety and IBS. What if you stop examining your bowel movements for a few days? See if it improves. Anxiety really wreaks havoc on your digestive system!
