This is simply the results of one study. I've seen numerous other studies that suggest that it does indeed help. You can find a lot of articles, like this one from the Mayo Clinic http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/depression-and-exercise/MH00043 , that say it helps with symptoms. With true, clinical depression, it probably is not a long term solution. It might not even help at all with some people. But for a lot of people who have their days when they are mildly depressed, exercise can definitely help you feel better. It's proven that regular exercise generally improves your entire wellbeing, it helps non-depressed people feel better overall which means that it can also help depressed people feel better overall, even though its not a cure for their depression. Exercise releases endorphines that are good for the mind, it makes your heart and lungs and muscles healthier which is good for the body, and it'll also make you look better which is good for the self-esteem, something that is strongly linked to depression.

The thing about weed, and the majority of drugs, is that it affects everyone differently. There's no set affect that it's gonna have, each individual will experience something different. I've smoked weed for years, but when my anxiety is bad, I try to avoid it. I find it to be a mood enhancer. So if I'm already feeling anxious to begin with, it can make things worse. But if I'm feeling relaxed and in a good mood and I smoke, it'll usually make me feel great. I'm not at all sure about the affects that it would have on someone who is bi-polar. But, if you have easy access to it, it wouldn't be a horrible idea to give it a try and see how you react to it. It's safer than a lot of drugs prescribed by doctors. The only potential negative side affect is the paranoia and increase in anxiety, which will wear off pretty quickly. Other side affects include wanting to sit around on the couch eating Cheetos and watching Seinfeld re-runs.

Conan for sure. Craig Ferguson is pretty funny too.

I cannot stand reality TV for the most part. It's all the same crap and half of it is contrived anyways so it's hardly "reality" TV. But, I do understand why a lot of people like watching that stuff. I like comedies for the most part. My favourite shows are shows on HBO or Showtime where they can swear and shit. It's Always Sunny in Philly, Entourage, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Eastbound and Down, The League, Weeds, Californication, Shameless. I also like some dramas, Breaking Bad is a kickass show, as is Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire.

I haven't read the books, but the show is sick. I like it a lot.

Dodgeball is the winner for me. Hilarious movie.

They got back together. They made an album a few years ago and I believe they're working on a new one now. And yeah that video is trippy as hell.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is the only acceptable answer to this question. What a kick ass movie.

Yeah, it sucks that it's over. Although the finale was pretty awesome, great ending to the series.

Superbad and Pineapple Express are probably my favourites. When it comes to TV shows, It's Always Sunny in Philly is where its at. That show kills me.

Googling can be awful.... BUT there are times where it can help as well. The key with googling is to be rational and not totally freak out when you see something you don't wanna see (I know this can be very tough to do sometimes). Sure every symptom in the world can be associated with a terrible disease, but a lot of times if you keep looking on google you'll find hundreds of people recounting stories of the exact same symptoms where it turned out to be nothing. And that can be really comforting at times, it's helped me out a lot before. Before googling a symptom on its own, google it with the word "anxiety" beside it and you'll usually find a shit load of websites of people saying that anxiety is often the cause of that symptom. That can really ease the mind when you're worried about something. So... don't totally discount google, it can be a powerful tool. Of course it can work in both directions though, so if you are the type of person who will freak out hard the moment you see something bad, it might be a good idea to stay away.
