Hey. In December 2024 I had my cholesterol checked. When I got the results they all said ‘normal no action required’. However I checked them again this week and it turns out my hdl is 5.5 and my ldl is 4.6. My non hdl is 1.3.  I don’t uunderstand why my docs didn’t contact me about this as it’s high isn’t it!  can anyone help stop my ha with regards this 

I don’t think it’s necessarily a weird question. A tiny amount of clear fluid appearing only when you squeeze very hard can happen, but nipple discharge in men is something worth mentioning to a doctor, especially if it’s new or changes over time. Since you’re saying it’s been the same on both sides and only happens with strong squeezing, that sounds different from spontaneous discharge. I’d avoid repeatedly checking or squeezing them, since that can irritate the area. I was reminded of products from a boob covers factory, but that’s obviously unrelated to the symptom itself. If it ever happens without squeezing, becomes bloody or cloudy, occurs on only one side, or you notice a lump or skin changes, I’d get it checked promptly.

ALS is an extremely rare disease. I have known 2 people who had ALS and their symptoms were nothing like yours. One woman was 62 and the other man was 72. There symptoms processed rapidly and each passed away withIn 2 years of initial diagnosis. 

Thank you for your responses, I read that it can be slow progression, i dont choke with food, but i need water in some cases to initiate swallowing. Based on this description, it could als?
