Ok went to docs again today. He was great. I told him I just needed reassurance and he was cool with it. He said it didn’t sound medically concerning. So.. phew.... just hope I can keep believing now. Heres to calming the heck down and being Healthy!!! Thanks for the help everyone. Now to get over these wierd symptoms!

Well it’s a fair amount I guess.. not loads but about 30 seconds worth. I think I’m seeing patterns though. If I even consider that I might need to go... hey presto I feel the urge! It’s just so wierd that it’s mainly in the morning. And if I feel trapped (like stuck in trafffic or a long journey) there it goes. I think I’ve lost sight of any real symptoms! I hope trying to accept will help... easier said than done tho eh!!!

Okay today I’ve been peeing like every hour!!!! Is this anxiety induced overactive bladder!!! I’m thinking it’s like anxiety induced IBS? Will it go if I calm the heck down?? (Even though today is Sunday and I don’t feel stressed!!!) argh so annoying!!! Going to docs again on Tuesday! Hope he doesn’t just send me for tests.

You are showing classic anxiety symptoms and for good reason. It’s normal for people to get scared after going through what you went through. Don’t worry. It sounds to me like it’s the anxiety talking. Try to do some meditation and try to get things in perspective. You are healthy!!!

You know when you say burning... is that burning while peeing or a weird hot crotch type feeling. I’m definitely getting the latter. Get imagining that I’ve leaked too... and then of course I keep checking!!! Ahhh need to get my head over this!

So... if this frequent urination is anxiety... how long should I leave it before going to drs for a PSA test? I really don’t want to, and I don’t think I need to but... I keep thinking I should but scared of a false positive. Secondly... IS there a way to take the feelings? Does meditation or acceptance work to lessen these thoughts of needing to pee?

Thanks clear head, I am doing pelvic floor exercises. Seems to be helping and I do think the pelvic floor could have started my worries. Just feels like every time I go out in a morning I constantly need to pee! I’m sure it’s because I think about it but it is still worrying me! I mean today i started well. 730 I peed. Then at 10. But then I needed to go again at 1040! This was only after having 2 drinks. I think it’s probably normal tho... but I’ve forgotten what normal is now!!!

I had this years ago! Totally sent me into a spiral but it went! It was all anxiety!!! It’s a very common anxiety symptom! Try relaxing and doing meditation and accepting it and it will disappear! Stay strong!

I try mindfulness. Morning and evening really helps. If you google the ‘chocolate meditation’ there’s a great site called ‘finding peace in a frantic world’ all science based and very good 8 week mindfulness course. I just need to do more of it!!

I’m still freaking out that I’m peeing too much!!! I still can’t quite convince myself that it’s HA!!! Is it normal to pee 4/5 times in a morning???? Sometimes I go, then half he later I think I need to go again!!! But it’s usually only in the morning and when I’m stressed!!! Fir instance today at wirk work I was peeing like every hour. But on Saturday night when I went out I only peed twice in 7 hours!!! Why oh why can’t I stop this circle!!!!

Yeh I have this sometimes. Often while exercising and on the ‘downhill’ bits where exercition stops a bit. A few thumps, sometimes quite strong. I think the feeling could be construed as pain if I focussed enough on it.

I have missed beats and thumps in my heart and when stressed can always feel the pulsing in my neck and head. Had them for years. I reckon if your doc wasn’t concerned you’ll be okay. Try a bit of meditation.
