Lol at Fred Durst...

Fred Durst: Fred Durst has talked a lot of $%&^ in his time, but he tries to be private about his OCD, only saying that it made touring "hell."

Interesting - some of those I knew about, but many I did not! Although I've never been formally diagnosed, I am a excessive-cleaner, so I know I definitely exhibit symptoms of this disorder. It's comforting to know there are other (successful) people who face the same difficulties.

I think that this is really good that people are coming out and letting this problem being known more. It really helps people with it realize that they are not the only ones with it. I feel like its a really good thing that awareness is being brought to it.

I was unaware of Fred Durst having OCD. It makes since come to think about it. He is an interesting pop culture figure and his music reminds me of junior high. Aw the good old days!

Does Steven Gerrard have Obsesssive Compulsive Disorder? I noticed in a documentary that he said he was obsessive with hand cleaning.

I think Steven Gerrad does have OCD. I think hand cleaning is considered a symtom especially if they do it a certain number of times before they do anything else.

Yes, yes he does.

That is incredible. I see it on an ESPN programme following a year in his life, it was a fascinating programme. He mentioned his obsessiveness a few times, but with a humerous tone, so I didn't actually think he has OCD. The programme is called Steven Gerrard: A Year In My Life - Worth watching if you haven't seen it.

Thanks for the link - very interesting to read, and like others have said, it's always nice to know when you have something in common with famous people. If they can deal with the problem enough to be successful, so can I. ;) I knew about a few of the names on the list (Howie Mandel, Woody Allen and Howard Stern), but I didn't know about the majority of them.

I can relate to Billy Bob Thornton regarding the counting thing. I'm always counting and adding things up in my head.
