Deweyishere 3 Posted October 29, 2020 (edited) Hey! I am sorry that you have to deal with Anxiety and are not able to overcome it. Anxiety is unbearable I totally get that, but do you know there are ways you can make yourself mentally stronger and beat it with few changes related to your mind and body. This made me realize that human brain is powerful and it can be trained to fight or flight when we feel down. We have amazing cerebral skills that are unmatched due to the things it is capable of doing. So, please get over the anger and take charge! Great things happen to those who get up, wipe their tears and FIGHT! 🙂 I wish you strength! WarrenWilson 0 Posted January 28, 2021 Anxiety reduction is often about distraction, since your mind can be your worst enemy when you have severe anxiety symptoms. A very effective technique is to talk to someone you like and trust, especially on the phone. Don't be shy about your anxiety tell them you feel anxious and explain what you're feeling. alice lin 1 Posted February 1, 2021 anxiety is just a mind illusion nd not always necessarily bad. anxiety is a natural response to stress but overreaction of brain and body towards stress that starts to affect your life is called an anxiety disorder. the best way to relieve anxiety is to express all that is bothering you this helps to get a lot off your shoulder. and practice slow breathing and mindfulness..i can understand your situation.
alice lin 1 Posted February 2, 2021 If anxiety is bothering you so much why don't you get professional help? untreated anxiety can take devastating turns.
jonathan123 2368 Posted March 5, 2021 Hi MAK-KAMO. Absolutely right. It is NOT an illness, and that is why so many find it difficult to understand and help. The times I have heard 'pull yourself together'! That's just what the sufferer want's to do but can't. If it were an illness and visible then we would get a lot more help and understanding, but because it's not understanding is rare. Even some doctors fail to recognise the effects of anxiety. People will go on endlessly about a physical illness, but clam up when it comes to mental issues. Most doctors get very little training in anxiety, and most will just pack you off with a pill when you need some care and understanding. You can have everything and feel nothing'. How very true. The emotions and senses become numb. Howard Hughes, the American billionaire, had very bad OCD, and all his money could not rid him of it. When some people with no understanding look at us they see a healthy looking person with, apparently, no life problems. Unless they have been there they will never know the agony of anxiety. If counselling is available then take it. One to one talking can be so effective. If you have trust in the counsellor then being able to talk to someone who is objective can help a lot.
MARC 431 Posted March 5, 2021 My physician has told me that actual physical illness needs to be ruled out first as the cause of anxiety symptoms.
MARC 431 Posted March 16, 2021 The free advertising for the EZ Care Clinic continues. There must be a financial interest in the establishment. This sort of free advertising and promotion should not be allowed.
TurnipPatty 1 Posted March 22, 2021 This may sound easier said than done but too bad. My suggestion is to get into a regular routine of giving yourself a few minutes to just do some deep breathing. I feel that most anxiety is caused by the worry and chatter that goes on in our heads. When you are doing deep breathing your focus is put on your breathing technique which gives your mind a break from the noise happening in your head. Most of the time we worry about things that are not in our control or things that we can’t fix in the moment. Deep breathing and meditation helps to train your brain to focus on the current moment. We can’t fix yesterday and tomorrow’s events can be unpredictable. Best of luck to you and try to stay strong. Anxiety is unpleasant and people that go through life without having to deal with it can never relate to what you’re going through. Breath, sit up straight with your shoulders relaxed and concentrate on your breath for a few minutes several times a day. Your mind will thank you for the break.

Like, the way it typed looked like an advertisement more than any kind of genuine advice. Some of it may be useful but none of it feels organic, it just looks like nonstop advertising to draw views to their site. I thought I was just seeing things when I saw a glut of posts by no-name accounts with no profiles and short post histories all pointing to the *same* site. Incredibly disingenuous of them to do that, even if they can provide possibly good advice.

I find it disturbing when it appears as a valid post, and then there is a link for "medicinal" marijuana. Sorry. We can't have that here.
