The right side of my face tingled like crazy for awhile last year! Eventually I quit focusing on it and it stopped. I still get it once in awhile but nothing too crazy! I get all the other symptoms you described too. I find a B complex and magnesium help. Hope you feel better soon!

That's me. I have also found it to be coupled with low blood pressure. Anxiety manifolds it

I got it too when anxious.  Usually left side cheek.  Scary, but went away after my anxious patch in my life passed.

I have had all these same symptoms. Been going on for a year now. My newest symptom is seeing a blue dot in vision as well as other weird shimmers of light. Has anyone found a cause other than stress/anxiety?

Hi Mountains. I suggest you see an optician or your doctor, but what you have is pure and simple anxiety symptoms. The eyes can be badly affected by anxiety. Dark spots, blurry vision, zig zag lines, flashes in the corner of the eyes and many more.  You are being bluffed into thinking something is wrong with you physically. Bluff is one of Mr. Anxiety's little tricks. It stirs you up into believing lies about yourself.  This will all go once you settle down. It's the fear of the fear of what it might be that keeps it going. The more you fear and concentrate on it the worse it will be. Accept it for the moment and give yourself time.
