Hello All, I find that ever since this anxiety set in and took over almost two months ago, the physical symptoms are worse than the mental aspects. I find that I'm very often dizzy and lightheaded and have back pain, tingly arms/legs, etc. The most bothersome for me is being so dizzy and lightheaded out of the blue! How can I truly know (although I've seen 3 doctors) that it is not something else? I'm also extremely sensitive to movement. For example, if my husband moves in bed next to me, it makes my head feel wobbly/dizzy. Does anyone else experience this symptom!?
Does anyone ever get room spinning type of dizziness? Those episodes really suck. Sometimes when I turn my head I get a very brief dizzy type episode, almost like my eyes are moving. It's very hard to explain. Then I get the room spinning/moving episode. Feels like my eyes are playing tricks on me at times, especially if I'm scrolling up or down on my phone. This has become very bothersome, and causes panicky attacks. Does this happen to anyone else?
I am SO frustrated! I thought I was OVER this. My last "panic/anxiety attack" prior to the one I experienced two weeks ago, was nearly SIX YEARS AGO! I thought I was OVER this... But then it hit again earlier this month. The nausea was so intense and horrifying, I could not walk and had to call an ambulance. (I also have Crohn's Disease... so, I was unsure if the nausea was from the Crohn's or anxiety... it turns out that anxiety was the cause.) Is there anyone else here who ONLY gets that one symptom - devastating, debilitating nausea - when in a panic/anxiety attack? I have done talk therapy for years... EMDR... CBT... read countless self-help books... tried many, many antidepressants. I am currently taking Cymbalta and Klonopin (as needed - which is rarely). In the past, I have tried... Prozac, Celexa, Lexapro, Wellbutrin, Paxil, and others. I've listened to Lucinda Bassett tapes, ordered other online programs. NOTHING IS WORKING! Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
I woke up today very off balanced. It feels like I'm floating at times or like I'm tilting to either side and pushed forward. Its such a horrible feeling, Id much rather have any other symptoms than this. Anyone feel this way?
