            Bulbar fear

By NickThw · Posted 8 minutes ago

Hello everyone i hope you are dong fine. For the last year i have trouble swallowing solid food, but it does not feel stuck, i feel i can not start the swallowing process, if i add a sip of water it starts okay and everything gets down, i have no issues with liquids, it being a long time it started last august if i am not mistaken, i don have something else as a symptom, no slurred speech no limp weakness, but it messes with with my head because its being so long. Does anyone had a same experience, do you think it can be the start of bulbar onset? or else what can it be? Thank you.

            Feeling worried about having surgery

By Drewdude · Posted 33 minutes ago

Hey, I had major surgery to my leg in June for a broken tibia. The whole thing freaked me out pretty bad. It is normal to feel that way. But, although it takes time, you will heal. Stay positive and maybe try some meditation.

Exercise and diet always helps.  It lowers stress just to start with.
