They persist a handful of times every day still. This morning they were totally absent until about 3pm. I was starting to be excited to move on. Then I felt a few dozen through the evening. Today was the first time I actually felt one while feeling my pulse. It definitely skipped a beat and then thumped harder. SO WEIRD. I’m ready for them to skedaddle.

A constant headache and pressure, especially when paired with anxiety and frequent bathroom trips, can definitely feel overwhelming and scary. It’s important to remember that anxiety itself can cause real physical symptoms, including everything you're describing. That said, if the headache is new, persistent, or different from anything you've had before, it's okay to get it checked by a doctor for peace of mind. You are not alone in this, and you are not overreacting by wanting reassurance. Take a deep breath. You are going to be okay.

Yeah - I do at times. I think it is becoming a common issue (with coming out of the pandemic). It depends on the event. If I know the people well, it is not a problem. It's interesting to see what happens when I actually initiate a conversation (small talk), and people are receptive. I think more people have nerves than we think.

I find this a huge struggle… with anxiety and not wanting to be social…
