Panicked but Relieved

Hello,

Right now has been a really intense time for me in life, and I've realized why my therapy strategies didn't work before. I used to think that GAD and panic disorder were very separate things but now I'm absolutely sure I have both. I don't have the resources to go back into therapy to try and get the help and knowledge I need about panic disorder and handling the attacks in an actually helpful way. I would really appreciate any advice or strategies you have. Thank you so much

Try this site Panic end. I've recommended it so many times now people must think I'm affiliated to it but I'm not! It's just a super helpful site. It helps explain panic attacks, why they happen and how to stop them. Even though I'm much better these days, I still refer back to it from time to time.
