  1. Just wondering if anyone has experience with being hospitalized with GAD. Did it help you? I'm really bad right now and I'm thinking it might be a good idea, but, unsurprisingly, I'm anxious about hospitalization without knowing anything about what it's like.
  2. Hello, Right now has been a really intense time for me in life, and I've realized why my therapy strategies didn't work before. I used to think that GAD and panic disorder were very separate things but now I'm absolutely sure I have both. I don't have the resources to go back into therapy to try and get the help and knowledge I need about panic disorder and handling the attacks in an actually helpful way. I would really appreciate any advice or strategies you have. Thank you so much
  3. Thanks so much Julia! I'm glad we can get through this together, let me know if you need to talk and I'll definitely follow your advice
  4. I started Uni and finals are really getting to me. Does anyone have any tips on keeping my brain focused and not making me feel like utter crap during Hell Week?
  5. If you ever want to talk I'm here for you. Things can get really really hard sometimes. Life gets tiring and heavy, but talking to others and therapy can make all the difference. I'm sending you hugs from Canada, you've got friends all over the world ()()()()()()
  6. Hi, my name is Em. For a long time I've been struggling. For as long as I can remember really. Last year it got extremely hard. I went in for therapy but my therapists had to keep leaving for one reason or another. I could't handle starting over again so I quit. I don't want to go back to the way I was before, but I'm slipping. Things are getting worse, so much worse. That's why I'm here. I'm hoping that this will help me get better again. Thanks.
