Hi From Kentucky!

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone! My name is Kim and I live in Kentucky! I am thrilled that there is a forum specifically for anxieties and other issues we may have. I suffer from acute anxiety attacks. I have been stricken with them for years. I have them everdyday constantly and they are affect my life in so many ways. I also have a beautiful, amazing, intelligent and loving 6 year old son named Ian who has Autism and ADHD. I am so happy to be a part of this forum and I look forward to getting to know all of you!

Hi Kim, welcome ! I have never been to Kentucky but I've got family who lived there for years and years and as transplanted californians, then transplanted texans, they think of Kentucky as their " home'' , so it must be lovely ! Sorry about your condition but I can say today that if I did not h ave anxiety and panic and I guess a little OCD, I would have missed out on meeting some wonderful friends here AND I would have never learned so much about my body and mind. I think we are ONE ahead of most of the population just because we know more about our own bodies than they do ! You're gonna make it kiddo. Don't worry !
