Thrufaith 9 Posted May 22, 2021 Hi everyone! I'm struggling and I could really use everyone's support. I have been having this weird gurgle feeling in my stomach and chest at times. I have been feeling a ticklish feeling in my chest and back of the throat that has been causing me to cough at times. This is giving me anxiety, because I am thinking the worst..like Afib, or lymphoma, yes I googled 😔 I also read it can be anxiety induced cough as well as GERD which I have been having gas and acid reflux as well s allergies. Has anyone experienced a tickle in the upper chest and throat with a dry cough? As well as a gurgling feeling in the chest and stomach? I feel like I'm going crazy. I did have an EKG and chest x-ray back in Feb and all clear. Thank you in advance!
MARC 429 Posted May 22, 2021 Sounds like GERD or gas to me. The tickle in the back of your throat could also be allergies and post nasal drip.
Ironman 192 Posted May 22, 2021 Post nasal drip has been getting me, especially in the morning. Antihistamine nasal spray at night helps with that a lot. The rest might be anxiety triggered acid reflux or GERD as Marc mentioned. I would try an antacid to see if that could help in the short term. You might have to inform your doctor just in case they might have something better to help you.
