I've absolutely gone through this exact thing years ago, and yes, it's definitely stress/anxiety/depression related. I'd gone through all the medical tests at the time, and it all boiled down to anxiety. This too shall pass, my friend.

I realize this is an old post, but I was hoping to find out if/how the issue was resolved. Thank you.
