  1. Hi Guys I hope everyone is staying safe. Its been a minute since I have come on here to vent. So I have been doing good these past few months. I get a symptom here and there but I brush it off. What has been bothering me and I dont want to panick is im getting this weird little zaps on my eyes bit feel it on my forehead. Its small but has been happening a lot lately and its definitely something new i have never experienced... Hard to explain, its not painful but it does get your attention because you feel ur forehead zapped or eyes then you might feel it on your legs. But its not a head zap ive gotten those before. I dont want to panick and think there is something wrong Thoughts?
  2. @Ihadcancer glad to hear. i have been thinking on trying klonopin or lexapro. Been hearing nothing but good things. I was prescribed Wellubtrin but the reviews arent great. I know we all have different side effects from meds. and I understand being indoors can give us some stress. I was indoors for over 65 days finally went out last friday and im already freaking out.
  3. @sTeaLth Ive had that a few months and have it today. What worked for me is sleeping with a humidifier (I have seasonal allergies) and drink lots of water and gargle with water and salt. It will help
  4. Hi Diane? @Ihadcancer congrats on being all clear. Im curious to know of your HA symptoms stopped because you are taking Klonopin or aside from meds you did something else? I had a setback and its been 6months with HA symptoms again. Really thinking of going on meds but ai don’t want benzos
  5. I got a weird fluttering/ sensation in my head (not a head zap) yesterday then felt my legs heavy. of course panicked kicked in. and today I felt like i was going down and then up sort of the feeling whrn you do a squat, this is the first time I ever experience this symptom and it very scary. It was for about a second or two.. I didn’t panicked or get anxious which is alarming cuz now i think it is serious and thats why i didn’t panick. Does that make sense?
  6. @MARC and @JustLuca @Ashleyspicer84 hey guys thanks everyone for the tips and input.. But this dry mouth is still there and getting worst.. I even checked my glucose and its normal. I drink tons of water.. But i really think I have dry mouth because I sleep with my mouth open at night. Then having anxiety on top of it makes it worst.. Every since yesterday i have been feeling weird and odd and its because i took my blood pressure and im usually within 125/85 and HR between 80-90’’s but every since yesterday my Heart rate has been in the 60-70 and that is not normal for me.. I got scared and anxiety kicked in.. Maybe is the lack of movement and exercise since I have been at home since March 6 from all this pandemic chaos.. or its my brain trying to just pick something to worry about.. First the dry mouth, then thinking i have diabetes because of the dry mouth, and now with my blood pressure. Its never ending.. Anyone relate??

  8. @MARC Yes mine feels like that all day everyday, sometimes I cant even talk since its so dry.. no matter how much water I drink.. Do you also wake up with phlegm and dry nose?? I also have allergies. I ordered a mouth guard see if that works.. @JustLuca i checked my sugar and i hadn't ate in 5 hrs and it was at 94. Now i will check 2 hours after i eat then a couple times tomorrow, if all is good, I will be done checking my sugar.
  9. @JustLuca Yes i agree.. Also anxiety can give you dry mouth too.. I was more worried because my AC1 levels came out at 5.7 and if it goes to 5:8 it is considered pre-diabetic.. I guess thats why I was worried.. im waiting on a glucose test kit that will arrive today just so I can have a piece of mind Lol
  10. @JustLuca I dont drink coffee or any type of caffeine.. I only drink water all day.. Im thinking my dry mouth is due to me sleeping with my mouth open at night. I used to wake up with dry mouth but it would go away.. Now it doesnt amd stays all day. Of course my mind is saying i have diabetes or some other condition. The cycle is unreal
  11. @Ashleyspicer84 thank you. I chewed gum yesterday and it helped a little.. Have you had this issue before?
  12. Has anyone experienced dry mouth? I have it all day, everyday for the last month or so.. No matter how much water i drink it doesnt go away.. Its really started to worry me. Im also an open mouth breather at night for sleep.. So at the beginning I was blaming on that but its gotten really severe.. Any thoughts
