I composed this music during my recovery as part of my therapeutic path. It helps me to relax so I hope it can help you all to find inner peace - because you can if you allow yourself to. Feel free to leave a comment letting me know what kind of impact it has on you: "Seventh Heaven" Allow yourself some time to slow down; relieve stress and anxiety with this calming, relaxing music. Sit down (or lie down), close your eyes, take a few slow deep breaths and concentrate on the music to clear your mind. Even better if you can listen with headphones on! Make sure you experience the whole music track. I recommend turning your phone off (or onto silent mode) so you're not disturbed.
