jonathan123 2368 Posted April 17, 2016 WOW!! Thanks Amber. Now that is good stuff. Yes, Mindfulness is important. We are never where we are, are we? If I may be brushing my teeth my mind is on work. If I drive it may be on lunch or the kids; anywhere but where I am and what I am doing at that moment. We crowd out unwanted thoughts by distraction. Best wishes. Jon.
