MeiEden 1 Posted June 2, 2012 I have been suffering insomnia for a while now and quit my job because I couldn't focus at work anymore due to not having enough rest. Some things that help me occasionally are:Chamomile teaNatural sleep aids (Calm Forte)Reading or watching mindless tv before bed - this helps to divert my thoughts and relax me so they don't race as much.Combine the above with exercising throughout the day Good luck to you.
