Aundrethekidd 1 Posted October 13, 2021 Just wondering how many people deal with visual snow and or tinnitus? I see it's way more common in general than I originally thought but was wondering about the link between that and anxiety. Thanks.
MARC 431 Posted October 14, 2021 I have tinnitus 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I told my internal medicine and ENT physicians and there response was that they have it too. I have learned to live with it.
BrightPhoenix 78 Posted October 14, 2021 From my experience anxiety can sometimes make tinnitus worse. I've been living with tinnitus all my life but sometimes it gets "louder" if I get extremely anxious. "Visual snow" also happens with me but it's the form of semi-blurred vision from blinking because I have allergies. If I forget to take my Flonase it can get *really* bad. Doug97 19 Posted October 15, 2021 Anxiety definitely makes my tinnitus worse. I get all sorts of visual disturbances too, but not sure about this visual snow. What does it look like, can you describe it?
