Now I've completely lost my sex drive in addition to appetite

I was thinking it was a psychological component (loss of sex drive started Monday), but now I'm wondering if it's some kind of cancer affecting hormones or other chemicals in the body. Maybe a brain tumor?

My physician told me the first sign of a brain tumor is typically seizures, which you don't have.

Loss of appetite and sex drive are classic symptoms of anxiety. Absolutely classic. You don't need to go looking for any other explanation.
