AnneBoleyn 50 Posted November 10, 2020 So the day before my anxiety go the best of me and I got tested for covid which turned out negative. Oddly enough I don't feel better about it. YEsterday I had to take my daughter for an x-ray and there was a young women there at the window. The receptionist asked her if she had been tested recently. She said she was tested a week ago and was fine but was tested Sunday and her results were not back yet. I don't know why she was tested a second time. And while I was well over 6 ft away I did go to the same window. The receptionist did disinfect. Now I'm thinking I was exposed again. I'm trying not to think about it. God I can't take this anymore. Nat1996 23 Posted November 22, 2020 @AnneBoleyn How are you doing with your COVID anxiety? I have just started having very elevated anxiety about it probably 2 days ago and it’s getting worse. I keep thinking I’m having trouble breathing but when I read the symptom checker it says “can only speak in short sentences” or “painful to take deep breaths” which neither of those are me but I feel like I’m winded much easier right now and our cases are starting to rise again where I live and I am so scared!!! MARC 431 Posted November 24, 2020 Two of my friends had Covid 19. One was sick for three weeks and is fine now. The other was not as sick but still has some residual fatigue, but he said he is feeling better each day. Another friends father passed away from Covid 19, but he was in his 80s and had major health issues.
Albertina Geller 3 Posted November 24, 2020 Don't get anxious nothing will happen to you. The window was disinfected and you were 6 ft away so I don't think there are chances of getting covid-19. So don't think about and take a deep breath and do some meditation and keep yourself busy.
