BedDweller 1 Posted November 8, 2020 Maybe it's just me, but when I'm experiencing high levels of anxiety, I want to be hugged by my mom (hugs from other people don't count, oddly), which does help a little. Does anyone else do this to cope? If not, what do you crave when you need comfort?
Anxiety concerns 0 Posted November 9, 2020 I work on breathing and self soothing but like you my anxiety and panic attacks get the better of me and my family when I am around, has been this way for me for the last two years.
Albertina Geller 3 Posted November 10, 2020 I don't crave for hug but I crave for food when I am stressed and it helps me to relief my stress.

smg8689 0 Posted April 22, 2021 Yes, I crave human contact. I’m not sure of how it helps though. It definitely helps some to feel like people care, but there’s no magic remedy to rid the stress and anxiety.

Doug97 19 Posted September 22, 2021 Yes cuddles with my wife are very soothing. Sometimes she massages my back or legs, which is just the best.
