I'm a chronic hypochondriac who recently wrote a long blog post about my healthy anxiety breakdown three years ago. Since what hurt me the most back then was the crippling loneliness, the thought that I'm completely abandoned because of my fear of dying (pancreatic cancer), I wanted to share my story for anyone that's going through something similar, to demonstrate that those of you who are in the thores now, are not on your own and that it is possible to come back.

 Thank you for this.  I am struggling a bit and it feels like I am alone in this sometimes but I am not the only person struggling with health anxiety and many of the struggles are caused by my mental state not my physical state.
