Yeah if you cannot afford to eat then help is most certainly there.  What country are you in?

I just read online that incidence of pancreatic cancer rise between ages 35 and 39, the age range I'm currently in. That worries me a lot. I didn't know it happened this early. Should I speak to my doctor about this?

You can, but you're not going to develop pancreatic cancer by reading about it.

Now I'm really scared because of my light colored stool! I hope this doesn't mean I'm sick!

Ah....poo!

Actually, when the body processed waste - it begins as dark green!   Then, through chemical changes in the body, it turns tan/beige, and then the dark brown that we all know and love.  It can be other colors depending on foods and dyes.  Grape Kool-Aid can turn my poo green as can blue food coloring!  Pepto Bismol (Bismuth) can turn it black!

If your poo is beige, it just means it didn't have as much time to process as normal.  It's not a big deal.

I wonder why it's going through fast though. I've had a lot of stress lately. Maybe that's why.

Ah poo indeed, it's crazy how just using the bathroom can get so stressful. I also worry if my urine is darker than usual..or lighter.

Urine color tells you hydration.  It is supposed to be slightly yellow, like weak lemonade.

The darker the yellow, the more dehydrated you are - the kidneys are processing available water.  It can also lead to constipation if there isn't enough water to get things moving.

Floating poo isn't bad - it's just air.

My GI physician told me that excess gas can cause floating stools.

I've had darker stool. I took peptp recently and now I'm shaking and racking my brain trying to remember when exactly it was. How many days ago.

It takes time for Pepto Bismol to go through - at least a day to even start seeing dark poo.  If you have not had a lot of bowel movements, you would still be seeing dark poo under your body clears it out.

It's not a permanent condition by any means.

It's happened to me before. So I'm trying to be calm.

It's a skill you have to keep working at.  There will be times when stress and things might leave you vulnerable to panic/anxiety flareups.
