  1. I had this to every now and then.. but writing thing down helped a lot.. usually when the mind was to buzzy or exited, by writing down things the fear of forgetting about tasks or solutions for the coming day or days vanishes. Also started playing guitar lately.. did up few tracks about an hour long on youtube, under the same name.. listening to it usually resulted in falling a sleep very fast..
