carmis5 0 Posted October 22, 2015 Hi I had this before and it was another anxiety symptom , it actually comes and goes for me but to me now i see it as a sign that I need to control my anxiety before it get really out of control, it will go away
Mark G 1186 Posted October 23, 2015 Anxiety cannot be controlled. You cannot control nor ignore the thoughts it produces either. The process of trying to control anxiety, will intensify anxiety as it causes you to release more adrenalin and become more frustrated. Anxiety feeds on fear, it's the fear that needs to be removed from the situation. Once you master this (there is a huge amount of very helpful info on how to do this), your anxiety WILL lesson. Anxiety loves nothing more than trying to be controlled, it loves a punch up or a clash of willpower. Remove the fight, don't give it what it wants.
