deecee 2 Posted May 9, 2012 Today was one of those days where everything and everybody irritates me. Even when I know the crabbiness is self-generated, I still have a hard time shutting it off. Luckily, these days don't happen as often as they once did.

JOYCICLE 654 Posted May 11, 2012 Dee Cee , you need a vacation. Even if you can't afford one proper, take a mini. Like a trip to the pedicure salon,, 30 bucks goes a long way. Or a lawn chair and sunglasses. Get out and have sun or pamper yourself. It cures everythign !
JungleJulia 235 Posted May 11, 2012 I have those days too. I feel awful for snapping at people but it feels like everything just gets under your skin I think it's just all part of the anxiety rollarcoaster. Joy is right that taking a bit of time to yourself can help. Even if its just 5 minutes to walk around the block and take some deep breaths to calm yourself. shaun 6 Posted May 12, 2012 We all have days when everyone annoys us. Sometimes we just wake up in a bad mood, everyone does, even people with no mental health problems. I'm glad these bad days are more sporadic than they used to be, it shows you are progressing and learning to manage it better.
kingusama92 0 Posted May 26, 2012 Try to relax and take your mind off everything around you. Maybe, pop open a new book. Watch a movie. Something to entertain yourself that does not require a lot of work and can be relaxing and ease your mind. This is obviously something only you can find for yourself to do. Exactly, you can take simple steps to manage the bad days better. If you know you are not in the mood to be around people, spend time by yourself and do something you enjoy like watching a movie. You can turn a bad day into quite a good day if you know how.
