So did I. . A lot of these sites cash in on the fact that there is an increase in anxiety and may use your curiosity to get you to log in. Don't. Stick to the well known and trusted sites.    Jon.

Do you know what any of those are? I'm really terrified by an increase in chest and esophageal pain I've had in the last month and want to find out what I can do to reduce any reflux if that's what it is.

I am not happy with any health sites, with the exception that here in the UK we have the National Health Service website that gives good advice but always suggests seeing your GP if you are not happy with the advice given. All free of charge.  I have no knowledge of any sites elsewhere that I would trust. There is the Canadian site the web address of which is on this site under Resources. They have counsellors and although they charge their fees are very reasonable and the advice given on the site is sound. And why? Because they only employ those who have suffered from anxiety.      Jon.
