Gilly 1086 Posted August 4, 2014 As some of you may have noticed we have had an issue with spam messages being sent to members. As a preventative measure to stop this you now need to make a minimum of 1 post on the forum (same rule as to access the chat room) to use the PM system. This does not affect any member that already has 'Full Member' status. Any new members that need assistance in posting may contact me at anxietycentral@yahoo.com. Thank you.
