Elf 7 Posted June 12, 2014 So, June is LGBT pride month, with pride events organized in many countries. What's your opinion on them? I think I'll go to my city's parade this year, in a few days. I went to another city's event last year and had a good time.
JOYCICLE 654 Posted June 12, 2014 If that's what you want to do , I say go for it. It'll be good to be out on the streets with a lot of people and soaking up some sunshine and fun .
OrangeClouds 2 Posted June 13, 2014 Cleveland Pride is this weekend. Saturday is the Pride Parade and then it's Gay Day at Cedar Point (an amusement park). I have only been to pride once back in 2004. I went with my new girlfriend and Ru Paul was a performer which was awesome!! (By the way... That new girlfriend back then is now my partner for 10 years.) We are planning to go to Chicago next year during their Pride weekend.
Elf 7 Posted June 16, 2014 Yeah, I went with my ex-girlfriend (now friend... I suppose...) and it was great. We danced all evening in the parade and I met many new people. Athens 10th pride here.
JOYCICLE 654 Posted June 17, 2014 Hooray! Sounds like a good time
Jord 28 Posted June 23, 2014 Sounds like a good time and for a good cause. If anyone wrnt hope they had a good time. To many people to be around for me to do anything like that. I avoided my small towns annual parade thos year for the fact of there being to many people. Couldn't imagine a big event like that haha
Butterfly88 1 Posted August 1, 2017 I'm glad there is LBGT pride month, it helps promote acceptance.
