Anxiety so bad that the thought of eating makes me nauseous

Recommended Posts

Everything was fine then the NP called  late yesterday all concerned about low sodium. I’d already drank Body Armor and no symptoms. She must have Googled it and by time we hung up, I was shaking all over. Been alone since Sunday so no one to talk me down. Slept 3 hours last night and can drink tea, water and Body Armor but thinking about putting food in my mouth gags me.

I took my med an hour ago and am watching craft videos but am upset with her with how she handled me. Going to lay around and try to sleep.

Any suggestions on this issue?

Did she ssy anything about what to do about the low sodium?  Vegetable juice like V-8 would help some and get you some calories.

What does the medication do?  Can you call back and ask questions?

My wife is a pharmacist and she told me that low sodium levels can cause nausea and she has heard some physicians recommend coconut water for low sodium levels.
