davide.h 26 Posted December 28, 2021 It's especially bad. I get this often. I know the new year will come and go and nothing will happen, but I guess it feeds into my fears of aging and mortality and having no control. Could use some words of encouragement. I also am angry at myself that I wasted so much of the last year just trying to feel normal. I could have been actually living. But I could not get my depression under control! 😢
Ironman 198 Posted December 29, 2021 The new year is the same for you as it is for me. Guess what? We are all going to get older in 2022. Embrace it and take it a day at a time. Enjoy the ride!
davide.h 26 Posted December 30, 2021 If just enjoying it were easy I'd already be doing that.

Living in the precious present moment, then filtering what you cannot handle out.....and keeping things to what you can handle.
