Intrusive thoughts are a true pain in the ass. I keep having them I am a long time ocd/health anxiety sufferer I keep having horrible scary thoughts. Like planning my kids funeral if they get sick. Thats 1 example I will take any ideas or advice

I'm right there with you! I keep having intrusive thoughts about my own health then my anxiety begins to get physical with me. Do you have any breathing techniques or other coping skills you've tried? Can you check on kids and make sure they're safe?
