Waking startled

Lately I’ve been getting jolted out of my sleep in a panic. It usually happens when it’s about time to wake up. Then my day starts with anxiety. Anyone have experience with these? How did you get over it

Sometimes if I wake up suddenly, I will feel weird for a while, but as time goes on I begin to feel better. I try to take deep breaths too which helps.
