  1. Lately I’ve been getting jolted out of my sleep in a panic. It usually happens when it’s about time to wake up. Then my day starts with anxiety. Anyone have experience with these? How did you get over it
  2. Often times when I stand, I get shortness of breath where it feels like I MUST sit back down. I try getting up slowly to see if that helps but I don’t think that makes much of a difference. Then some days it doesn’t happen.. can anyone relate?
  3. I’ve had panic disorder and health anxiety for the last few years. I’ve had ups and downs. Now, I’m getting attacks, and waves of intense fear that seems to start with my stomach. It feels as if something is moving/running or churning in my raw stomach, which causes an attack, and continued anxiety. Has anyone else dealt with this?
