davide.h 26 Posted October 14, 2020 But being put to sleep and never waking up again is a scary prospect.

MARC 431 Posted October 15, 2020 Not necessarily. The odds of it being cancer are minimal anyway.
MARC 431 Posted October 15, 2020 The anesthesia they use today actually wears off quickly and is extremely low risk is what the nurse anesthetist told me.
davide.h 26 Posted October 15, 2020 II saw my doctor today and I have mixed feelings about it.

Not sure what possessed me to do so but I started googling it and now I'm freaking out! I've also contacted a doctor that helps with allergies, and hope to get some peace of mind there. Our house is quite dusty and moldy and we're still waiting on repairs to fix it.
newday 49 Posted October 17, 2020 I’ve had a couple upper scopes, couple of flex sigmoidoscopies, couple OBGYN related procedures, oh, and that procedure where they blast a big kidney stone into a million pieces. Maybe I’m weird but I kind of like the anesthesia! You get all prepped and they smile and say “ok see you later!” and you just instantly fall into peaceful sleep. Science! Waking up is usually pretty easy. I don’t like that I have to get dressed and go home, I wish I could nap there for a bit.
