Weak urine stream in morning.

Recommended Posts

In the morning and only in the morning when I first wake up I have a very weak, stop and go urine stream. I have to really force the urine out. My bladder doesn’t feel empty.  After I’ve been up and moving around for an hour or so I’ll have to go pee really bad again and it will be normal and seems like an entire bladder worth of urine. I don’t understand what would be causing this. A lady told me one time that she had to pee so bad she couldn’t hardly go and I thought she was nuts but I totally get it now.

It could be an infection down there which lead to hard urination..a simple urine sample test will show if you've pus or something else in your urine.

It's likely to be where you have held it in the muscles are not relaxed. Anxiety can also cause this. I've had burning before also which turned out to be anxiety. Once I realised this it stopped

I have had this. I’m male, but there are times when, if I wait too long to go, it’s hard to get it started and takes effort to finish.  My doctor told me this is anatomically normal, and in fact he had a patient recently who held it in and then literally couldn’t go. There was nothing physically wrong of a serious nature. Presumably,  you sleep all night and there’s 8+ hours for the urine to build.

That's normal, been there. Checked my prostate, bladder and everything is fine. If i guess right you are 35, i'm 38, we are young but getting older, your muscles just don't respond as quickly as they used too and when you just wake up they are "sleepy", any doctor will explain you this with specific words.

Chill out.
