Ryanhutch 2 Posted March 13, 2019 I keep getting random thoughts unwanted that i have been spiked or like the saliva in my mouth i cant swallow it because theres acid in it so i could get off my head and then sit for hours thinking about it incase i start getting the effects anything i touch i need to wash my hands incase there was drugs on it i get paranoid incase i get drugged and i start seeing things or get the effects of that drug please help Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have never found anything that literally describes what I am going through right now. I am unsure wether these thoughts class as intrusive thoughts and wether to look at CBT as a form of self-help/therapy? It felt so liberating to read that I wasn't the only one with similar thought processes and brought a sense of normality. I am curious to your recovery with these thoughts and if you can recommend any help with over coming them. Wishing you all the best, again, thank you. Albertina Geller 3 Posted August 10, 2020 I think so you should go to a therapist that is the only way you can deal with OCD. As you said you are washing your hands again and again so you can try to wash your hands less.
