I'm pretty skinny so it's not the weight that concerns me, but I think I eat to feel better. Like for an anxiety person, food is one pleasure that we can still enjoy. I have no answers for you really except to go with your cravings. I think the body tells us what it needs. No point fighting it! i'm gonna go get some food now.. Overcoming food addiction is hard enough as it is, by adding hunge and additional restrictions to the mix you will just make things even harder and set yourself up for failure. As you have mentioned above that you are addicted to eating, then it would be better to include healthy stuff for you meals. Avoid eating junk food and oily food .
