Cowboymo 8 Posted September 30, 2016 So I decided to not pay attention to my fast heart rate so my heart decides to start beating even faster to where I can feel the pulse going fast in my wrist or finger and I've been having lots of chest pains lately and feeling dIZZY And light headed I'm worried I'm gonna have a heart attack one of these days
AfraidOfNight 9 Posted September 30, 2016 I feel your pain cowboy. You aren't alone. It's 2:43am and I can't sleep. My chest and neck are tight. I keep thinking "what if".
walkingwithGod 169 Posted September 30, 2016 I too get the fast heart rate, tightness and pain in my chest, neck, back, shoulders... but we cant live life on the "what ifs" i am just as guilty of it as anyone, believe me..i have actually been having a bit of a set back over past few weeks but i know its anxiety..sometimes we just need reassurance. I actually went to a chiropractor and the xrays showed my spine is out of line and a bone in my neck is pressing on the disk which is affecting the nerves causing my pain in my neck, chest shoulders and sometimes arms...i also have the same problem in lower back which causes my lower back pain. Now i need some adjustments to get my spine back in line to get my nervous system back in check... We are all gonna be ok!! Deep breathing and know that the anxiety will pass!

I keep checking my pulse with my finger on my neck. The palpitations have been off and on over the past week.
