Of course ! :) Stomach and mind issues go together. The worse your anxiety, the worse your gut.

Yes a lot of other anxious ocd people are out here and we've gone through what you're going through and we're still alive to tell about it. You're fine. Breath through your nose and do not take your HR no matter what and focus on something, anything else . If you find your mind wandering to 'tingly arm', pinch yourself, slap yourself, do something until you DO SOMETHING else ! :) You're ok !

JM you are a ball of worry and fear, that is going to mess with both your mind AND body.

The stomach and the brain are so closely connected, stress/anxiety = guaranteed digestive issues. Cut out alcohol, caffeine, spicy, greasy/fatty foods, tomatoes, onions, anything that can aggravate the stomach and cause acid and gas. Drink more water and try some camomile tea. Your stomach will thank you for it!

Yes, me, though it's been some months since last time I had it. I used to think it's a virus, but I got ok with anti-anxiety meds once, and realized that I was like that only when I woke up anxious. The examinations also showed nothing... :p And I had tingly arms, dizziness etc all together. Chamomile helps and I think that linden helps too.
