Her immediate response was that she tends not to do it in the winter months. COmbine that with the mayhem of the lockdowns, and it's not a good thing to do. I had a small flare-up of anxiety this weekend, but I handled it correctly - under meds. There is NO SHAME in going back on the meds. Everything is just, pardon my language, bat $#17 crazy!
