One word comes to mind for dealing with anxiety symptoms via music: Nature. Music does not need to be taken with water or checked by a psychiatrist; instead, it can be incorporated whenever those fluttering feelings of anxiousness enter your head, just pop in the headphones and relax with nature. Cant sleep just like me or maybe your on your way to an exam, a work presentation, or something as normal as getting on public transport, plug in the sound of nature and you should notice a change in your demeanor toward any given task.
