rosie 0 Posted June 13, 2013 I hope this is nothing serious this is awful. Dizzy constantly when I walk around fine when I sit for a while, fine when I first get up in the morning, the only thing I do notice is my feet are moist. After about a half hr. of walking around boom.Feel very fidgety uptight when I stop at a red light I hate sitting there this is horrible.
jonathan123 2368 Posted June 13, 2013 Now rosie, listen. It is horrible and rotten and disconcerting and I know because I have been there but getting yourself in a tiz is most definitely not going to help. Have you fallen over yet? No? I bet you haven't and you wont. This is a typical nervous condition. Did you say you had seen your doctor? If not you should but they will tell you the same. Mild tranquillisation can help this condition but the best help is to understand that you are doing this to yourself. There is no monster out there making you dizzy. When you feel dizzy at home sit down, take deep breathes and let the feeling come. Don't be afraid of it. "IT" thrives on your fear of it. Go with the feeling and don't fight it. It WILL eventually go if you do that but it takes time and that is difficult to bear but it can be done. Try and relax as best you can. It is not something serious. If it were half the population would be ill. Blessings. J.
