How do you cope with it

No not at all

So yesterday I was walking around then all the sudden my back started hurting bad right side middle area don't remember doing anything that could have caused it so started googling and says kidney infection or disease so now I'm freaking out but my urine is normal sometimes yellow sometimes clear but the pain gets worse when I twist or strangely look down or up any ideas

So been googling again and stumbled on throat cancer so now I'm really freaked out

Right I should mask up, but what I can't figure out is when I sleep I'm fine till I get out of bed then it all hits me again, I'm sure my anxiety has a lot to do with it but I don't know I don't feel anxious

Yes I went back Friday and got a kenalog40 shot and he said give it a couple weeks but damn I don't know if it's getting better or worse

Ok so yesterday was a decent day except for all the tornado clean up... But today I was good till I at lunch then this breathing crap hit me and constant again ever since the feeling is like there's something stuck in my lower throat, and a slight stuffy nose, then the feeling like I forgot how to breathe right cause my throat feels constricted slightly then the fear sets in and it's worse when standing and walking around there's no way this is the pneumonia that should have been gone by now I'm at a lose x-rays show clear really sucks can't enjoy life for the past month

Thanks it's a smothering sensation like I'm standing in smoke plus is doesn't help my noses is always stuffed up so that makes me have to breathe harder or through my mouth

Sorry to hear that hope she's ok now... This breathing stuff just feels strange to me

Well today is the last day on azithromycin for 5 days for walking pneumonia that I didn't realize I had. But still feel like I can't breathe not sure if if I can't or just can't breathe right when sitting down it's not to bad just have to catch my breathe a few times but when I stand up and get to moving I feel like my stomach is full and heavy and yes I do have a beer belly. It almost feels like if you inhale smoke from a bonfire sensation but it's all the time nothing is getting better x-rays clear and they say lungs sound great, blood work was done for everything under the sun, wbc was a little high and total protein was high also but I was on methopredisone and do have pneumonia so he said that explains the blood work, I'm at a lose and so tired of feeling like this when I stand up I also read it could be hourglass syndrome cause I do always have my upper stomach tightened up. I don't know I'm so scared it's a tumor or cancer causing this mess... Sorry for the long post

It's so strange though I have absolutely no symptoms expect a feeling of a heavy chest and like I have to make my self breathe. No cough, fever, congestion, nothing. It's been 3 days now on azithromycin 500mg and still feel the same. I'm tired of something always gotta be wrong

Just got back from ER and had all kinds of blood work done and found out I'm positive for Mycoplasma Pneumonia now I'm really freaked out

Also seems like to be getting worse everyday unless I'm laying down

Thanks y'all for the replies. I'm fine while sleeping it's just soon as I'm awake it's instantly thinking about it and seems worse when I'm up walking around. I'm so tired of having problems

Hi so about a month now I had covid, wasn't horrible no cough just super congested. 2 week after COVID I had a super bad panic attack just out of nowhere, I felt like I couldn't breathe and was super dizzy. No ever since I don't feel anxious but constantly feel like my chest is heavy or air hungry don't really know how to explain beside feeling short of breath and like I need to take deep breaths alot. Went to doc had chest xray and they said it all looks perfect but I still can't breathe and of course all I do all day is think about how I'm breathing and then make my self feel like the way I'm breathing isn't right... Help anyone know this feeling

So been going on for awhile now few months started with anal pain then peeing a lot went to doc said had a little blood in urine didn't seem to worried about anal said I had prostatitis took antibiotics for 9 days got better but had allergic reaction to meds anal pain stopped but not feeling like I have to pee all the time worse when bladder is empty once semi full pain subsides a little went back to doc still doesn't seem to worried I'm freaked out cause when I googled it main this is bladder cancer I'm 35 can't shake the thought now anyone have anything like this

Ok ever since feb when I had a fistula and abscess bust, I've had pain between anus and penis thought it was from constantly squeezing that muscle. Well here the past few weeks I've been having the feeling of needing to pee more and when I do I just dribble unfortunately. Went to 2 diff docs both said prostitus prostate infection they checked my urine though clear of infection but had mirco blood in it neither seemed to concerned about it. Been in antibiotics now makes 7 days still no improvement one doc did a prostate exam and said it was a little inflamed and tender of course, but Ive been googling and everything thing comes back to bladder cancer or prostate cancer and of course I've got all the symptoms my main concern is the pressure constantly on my bladder. Anyone had anything like this

No haven't been scoped, due to being terrified of being put to sleep, and I asked for a colonoscopy but she said I was to young and insurance wouldn't cover it, but ever since I've had the abscess and fissure I've had a bad habit of constantly squeezing or doing kegels as my wife says and now when I sit down I get pains in my penis and gooch area smh I'm just tired of hurting

Pain is mainly just when sitting for to long or when I squeeze my anus, when back to the doc she said the fissure healed and did her finger exam and said she didn't feel anything not sure what's going on as far as stool sometimes it's solid and others like water sorry tmi what's got me freaked out about cancer is my stool is always thin and inconsistent but doc did tell me I stay tenses down there so I don't know

So in Feb I had a huge anal abscess, went to multiple docs that kept telling me it was just hemorrhoids turns out it wasn't, after a week of no sleep if busted went back to the doc they sent me to a surgeon she said it was a fistula long story short it healed but with all the pain I kept squeezing my anus muscle like constantly causing it to be unbearably sore. March 9th I developed a fissure really painfully but no bleeding went back to doc 3 weeks later she said it healed but I'm still having a burning pain in the same spot and now pain that radiates to my penis!!! The pains come and go but still freaked out it's cancer or something else anyone else have a similar story

Anyone in here had a gum boil and have info on them? It's not huge or hurt it's beside an old bad tooth I have and can't get into a dentist, what do I do

It's really weird like something is thumping me from the inside I noticed it a few days after I pulled something lifting a hay ring anyways a few days later I was coughing and felt a thump between my ribs and sternum now it does it all the time when I pick up something or cough or blow my nose it's freaky
