I get panic attacks usually when I am in the crowd. I try to avoid crowds when I go out. I haven't attended any party for long. I didn't have a normal life for a long time. I want to recover from it. I tried several times before to face the fear, but it didn't help. It started after going for a firework show. It was my first time. I collapsed on that day. Since then, crowds and loud noises trigger me.
I saw a therapist last week. The therapist suggested on trying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Has anyone tried it. Can it cure the anxiety disorder. I wondered how easy Iron man overcame panic attacks in Ironman 3. Need your support.
