JOYCICLE 654 Posted February 3, 2017 Hi Eva, constipation can last way WAY longer than 2 days. It's also a very common thing in people who are anxious. We tense up our whole bodies in response to anxiety and that includes our colon. I use this massage just about every day now. But a few years ago I was chronically constipated.
