Eyelid Twitch for days

Has anyone had this before???? My left eyelid has been twitching for like 5 days now..... What's going on????? Is this normal??? is it going to go away? Please someone tell me they had this before.... Thanks SO much!

yes yes yes.  This is one of the most common stress twitches.  And thinking about it makes it worse!

OMG, I had an eye twitch for close to a month one time. And it was noticeable, almost looked like my eyelid was seizing. It's totally common, especially if you're anxious or stressed. It feels weird and it's annoying, but harmless.

I have this when I get stressed. My eyeball twitches.. not the lid. It's annoying as hell but it always calms after my anxiety gets back under control.. I had that mammogram yesterday and woke with eyeball twitches. It will last for a good two weeks. I did get great results but the built up anxiety is done and now my eye is paying for it lol.

Eye twitching is one of the most common symptoms of stress and anxiety.

I am glad the mammogram went well!!! You can breath deep now and relax!!!!!!!!

I've been wanting to reply.. just got home from guess where?? An eye exam lol. When I wrote you earlier I was in the car on the way to take my girls for their exam. While I was there the optometrist asked when my last was..I said 1986 lol.... She did one on me and I have almost perfect vision but I told her about the twitching eye and she said it's very normal with nerves and anxiety. So I had to tell you, this is one to write off immediately..hugs!!
