  1. Hello to everyone, I am new here and stumbled across this website while looking for information on panic/anxiety attacks. I would have to say that I fall in this category because panic and anxiety is something that I have dealt with on and off throughout the years. Its crazy how you can be fine one day but the next day all of a sudden panic attack strikes you from know where not knowing when it will come or sometimes not even knowing how. I feel that its a scary thing because having dealt with this is something that I never thought I could have. Whenever I deal with certain situations or something unexpected happens, I get this feeling of panic which is uncontrollable. I have learned some ways to deal with this and sometimes I'm unable to deal with this mental condition because I have a hard time calming myself down in unexpected situations. Although I develop panic and anxiety attacks I don't let this be a barrier for me where I don't stop everything that I am doing. I try to exercise and maintain my daily living so that I can still function in some kind of way. I used to attend and do yoga and meditation which I found that to be really helpful. Now I haven't been able to do much of that but hoping to get back into the routine of these exercises. I also try to keep myself busy and mind occupied. Sometimes days can be kind of stressful where I will feel anxious but I don't want to get into that kind of mindset. I'm glad to have found this website and maybe make some connections with other people with similar conditions and maybe get some viewpoints on how other people deal with panic/anxiety out in public. I feel that some things that I do work and sometimes it don't. So I'm hoping that this site will be helpful to me.
